Restoring Respect partners have identified hat, in the EU, the unemployment rate for refugees/migrants is two times more than the number of jobless national citizens.
Many EU tools and policies are still no widely used, mostly due to gaps in a holistic approach, which would include skills identification, labor mapping, accreditation and employability skills training to refugees and migrants.
In this context, RRP will create a innovative tools, which will act as an early intervention program for refugees and migrants, who cannot procure documentary evidence of their qualifications. At the end of the program, refugees and migrants will be empowered with new tools to better certify their knowledge and skills and capabilities.
